Bentley Koepke Inc. believes that great designs are the result of thoroughly understanding the client’s goals and objectives from conceptualization to construction, and applying principles that support these goals to each unique site. A detailed design process is followed to ensure that the client’s wishes come to fruition, and to deliver to the contractor a comprehensive set of drawings from which to build. Depending on the complexity of the project, the client may choose to modify the design process to meet specific needs. The complete design process is listed below:
