A detailed design process is followed to ensure that the client’s wishes come to fruition, and to deliver to the contractor a comprehensive set of drawings from which to build. - Refine Conceptual Plans & Preferred Alternatives
- Specify General Types of Materials
- Ensure Plans Conform to Applicable Zoning Codes
- Determine Preliminary Opinion of Probable Costs of Construction
- Further Develop Critical Aspects of the Design to Aid in Visualizing the Final Product
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
- Prepare Detailed Drawings and Specifications to Build From

BIDDING AND NEGOTIATION
- Assist Client in Finding Qualified Contractors
- Conduct Pre-Bid Meeting with Potential Contractors
