Firm Profile:
In 1970, John Bentley founded John Bentley Associates in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1979, the firm evolved into Bentley Meisner Associates, and in 1994 Bentley Koepke Inc. was formed with Martin Koepke. The firm is located in a sustainably renovated 1889 firehouse in the Cincinnati community of Linwood. Mr. Bentley believes that energy-efficiency and ‘green’ principles in site and building design should be applied wherever possible. The offices at Heekin Avenue demonstrated these principles long before LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards were developed. We are just minutes from Indian Hill, Mariemont, Hyde Park and Downtown. Bentley Koepke inc. is a full service Landscape Architectural firm specializing in creative urban design. Our project expertise includes the layout and detailing of site roads, walks, walls, grading, drainage, lighting, signage, irrigation, furnishings and plantings.
We are proud of our rich portfolio of over 2,700 projects that have served our clients for more than 3 decades. Projects range from many of the historic properties in the region, numerous community parks, many landmark sites within our city such as The Museum Center, Great American Ballpark, and The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and Procter & Gamble Corporate Headquarters. Other significant public projects include Piatt Park, Campus Green and University Pavilion at the University of Cincinnati as well as numerous Procter & Gamble facilities throughout the region. |
