Mr. Payne's responsibilities include design development and working drawings, production as well as directing CAD production. He has also performed as a project designer and manager on many diverse projects.

 

 

Jeff Payne has 13 years of experience as a landscape architect, where he has been involved in the development of plazas, gardens, fountains and site structures. Jeff is our chief technical resource, responsible for keeping our practice appraised of new materials, products and technologies. His knowledge of construction practices and exceptional people skills has made him outstanding in managing our clients projects through construction. Jeff's solid detailing and construction administration played an important role in the success of the following projects:

 

•Piatt Park, Cincinnati, Ohio - a two block urban plaza developed as a catalyst for residential housing

•Eggleston Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio - a one mile boulevard and planting plan

•Hamilton County Courthouse, Cincinnati, Ohio - site renovation and planting

•Museum Center at Union Terminal, Cincinnati, Ohio - architectural reuse of 1920's art deco railroad terminal into Museum Center for Cincinnati Museum of Natural History and Cincinnati Historical Society

•Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio - Realignment of the entry road and landscape

 

Jeff has a working knowledge of computer software and applies it through desk top publishing and CADD applications.
