City of Oxford Parks and Recreation Master Plan
		Bentley Koepke Inc. was retained by the City of Oxford to complete a parks and recreation master plan. The plan contains classifications of existing parks, facility and open space standards, assessments of park, school, and community needs, and an action plan for implementation. The quality and quantity of parks in a community have been shown to have a positive correlation with the physical and mental health of the community's residents. The plan was completed and presented to the Parks department June 30th, 1997.
